URPandit is an Artificial Intelligence and Astrology Chatbot. It is created from the wisdom of Vedic Astrology also commonly known as Jyotish. 1. What is URPandit?

URPandit is a software application or simply app that combines wisdom of Astrology and power of Artificial Intelligence to guide you with at every important milestone of your life. While an able Astrologer is difficult to find, this Virtual astrologer can help you find answers to some of your life's questions anywhere, anytime.

2. How URPandit works?

URPandit uses your birth details (date, time and place of birth)  to do required astrological calculations. This process is similar to creating your birth chart or Kundali. This process involves finding out the planatery positions at the time of your birth, panchang details, upgrahs and hundreds of similar calculations. 

Once these calculations are done. You can ask questions to the chatbot in plain simple language. Your questions are then processed through Artificial Intelligence engine to understand your what you mean. This is where Natural Language Processing (NLP) helps.

Natural language processing (NLP) refers to the branch of computer science—and more specifically, the branch of artificial intelligence or AI—concerned with giving computers the ability to understand text and spoken words in much the same way human beings can.

Based on your question, the AI engine will then call other sub programs or APIs. These APIs will do all required astrological calculations based on your questions and give the response to the Chatbot. Chatbot then convert the response from APIs into plain English for you. Think of this like, you talk in words, letters and numbers but computers understand the language of zeros and ones. In order for us to communicate with computers we need a layers of abstraction. Each converting human inputs into machine executable instructions and then converting response back in human language.

2.1 Click on Login/Register button at right top of the screen

 

 

2.2 Sign in with Google (Click "Login with Google" button) or Create an account using "Register Here" link

 

 

 2.3 Create an account

 

Fill in the details and click "Register"

 

2.4 Enter Birth and current location details. Click "Save"

3. Launch Chatbot: Hit the ChatBot button at the bottom right of the screen to launch the ChatBot

4. What URPandit cannot do?

Here are the things which URPandit cannot do: 

1. URPandit cannot and will not suggest remedies. Giving remedies to common man is like giving surgical knife to a patient to do their own surgery. Remedies done without proper guidance can do more harm than good. Will you take medicines without consulting a doctor? We wont and nor would we recommend to our users. 
2. It cannot answer all kind of questions. Human desires are endless and desire to know future is eternal. Nor can any human Astrologer can answer all kinds of queries nor URPandit AI chatbot can.
