There are 8 Suryat Nakshatra Bindus viz.

Vidhunmukh falls in Vishakha nakshatra, which falls in Libra (3 padas) and Scorpio (1 pada). This means he will have intuition regarding 12H and Ascendant. Now paying close attention to Sun's nakshatra, we find that the Sun, in his natal chart, is in Uttra Phalguni pada 2. Which means, Vishakha pada 2 is where the intuition will be higher.
